Of the North American variety, our cranberries seek to dethrone the sweet and dry cranberry flavour that is well-known in New Zealand. The juicy red pearls Gus uses in his recipes are bursting with flavour and have a tangy kick that exudes freshness – boasting an unforgettable tart taste and juicy texture.

We like to do business with local growers, this time sourcing our delicious NZ-grown fruit from the beautiful Hokitika. Our friends at Cranberries Westland are based over in the West Coast and are believed to be the only North American cranberry growers in Aotearoa.
